I want to delete my account

You can delete your account from My Page, Profile Edit, at the bottom of the screen in the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved data, but events you created may remain.

I want an event corrected or removed

If you are not the organizer of the event, please contact us using the form above, email, or Instagram DM.

I want to report inappropriate content

Please use the Report button on profile or event pages in the app, or contact us by email or Instagram DM.

I am not receiving notifications

Please check that notifications are allowed for OTOHAKO in your device settings. You can also choose notification categories from My Page, Notification Settings in the app.
