1. Scope

These Terms of Service define the conditions for using OTOHAKO. By using the service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. Service

OTOHAKO is a platform for discovering, viewing, and managing club event information.

  • Guests can search events by genre, area, date, and current location, and mark events as going.
  • Organizers can create, edit, and publish event listings.
  • DJs and artists can create profiles and link themselves to event appearances.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

  • Registering or posting false information
  • Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
  • Interfering with operation of the service
  • Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
  • Scraping or copying service data without permission
  • Impersonating another person's Instagram ID
  • Posting information unrelated to club events

4. Inappropriate Content

  1. The service provides in-app reporting for user-posted content such as event listings and profiles.
  2. When a report is received, the operator will review the reported content or user within 24 hours and may hide or delete content, suspend an account, or take other appropriate measures if the content violates these terms or applicable law.
  3. Users may block other users in the app. Blocked users' profiles, content, and notifications will no longer be shown to the blocking user.
  4. The operator may remove content without prior notice if it violates these terms or applicable law, regardless of whether a user report has been submitted.

5. User Content

  1. Copyright in event information, flyer images, and other user-posted content remains with the poster or original rights holder.
  2. Users represent that their posted content does not infringe third-party rights.
  3. The operator may use posted content without charge for providing, improving, and promoting the service.

6. Accounts

  1. On the website, users may mark events as going without logging in by using cookies.
  2. In the app, login with a Google or Apple account is required. A single OTOHAKO account can be linked to both Google and Apple.
  3. Logging in enables additional features such as event management, profile registration, follows, and push notifications.
  4. Users are responsible for appropriately managing their account information.
  5. Users may delete their account from within the app at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of event information. The operator is not responsible for disputes regarding event content or whether an event is held.

8. Changes or Termination
